Can Hypnotherapy help with unwelcome habits like smoking/vaping, drinking and unhealthy eating/weight loss?

Very much so. We're hard-wired to resist change, even if we know how much it will improve our lives, and willpower is situated in a part of the brain that tires easily! By enlisting the tireless, emotional part of our brain via the subconscious in hypnosis, we bring a powerful extra energy on board - the energy that never stops loving the things we hold dear!

If we're used to relying on willpower - over and over until we tire and feel like we've failed yet again, we can feel helpless and incapable of making the changes we so deeply desire. Feeling emotionally 'fired-up' to make those changes will keep us going when willpower needs a rest, and can make progress feel more natural than we might have thought possible.

In addition, understanding how our brain sometimes tries to manipulate us back into old habits can keep us strong when temptation calls, and visualising how we'd like life to be when we have solved these issues will keep us focused on our goals, not the obstacles in the way.
