Can Hypnotherapy help with depression?

Most certainly. Understanding the brain's processes around depression can be a powerful first step in tackling difficult emotions and demotivation - and the anxiety that can sometimes come along too. Did you know, for example, that depression is based in our cave-dwelling ancestors' reactions to dangerous situations?

Once you're clued up on how our prehistoric 'survive mode' can get in the way, you'll then have space to explore how you'd like to move into its opposite, 'thrive mode'.
