I offer online sessions via Skype, and face-to-face sessions at The Healing Rooms in Bristol Buddhist Centre, 162 Gloucester Road, Bishopston, Bristol BS7 8NT, UK. The Healing Rooms are located above the Centre reception and access is via the outside stairs at the side of the building. Buses 72-77, 98 and 99 stop nearby and parking is available on local side roads.

FREE INITIAL ONLINE CONSULTATION (£10 face-to-face): 60-minute session where we'll discuss how I can help you, and talk a little about how the brain works and the hypnotherapy process. You will also receive a short taster relaxation and a free mp3 recording - so you can start your hypnotherapy journey immediately!

Introductory offer - first two sessions of hypnotherapy for £60 (usual price £110).
Hypnotherapy sessions - £55 for a 60-minute session.
Block of eight hypnotherapy sessions - £400 (save £40).
Smoking/vaping cessation - £100 for a single 90-120-minute session.
Relaxation-only - £25 for a 30-minute session.
Special rates for group talks and/or relaxation sessions.
Gift certificates available.

Payment via cash, card, app, cheque, BACS or Paypal.

If you’re wondering whether face-to-face or online sessions would suit you best, you might like to consider the following:

Face-to-face sessions:
• Offer in-person contact;
• Will be free from technical hitches (if you have an unreliable internet connection);
• Are in a confidential setting;
• Are situated on the busy Gloucester Road in north central Bristol.

Online sessions:
• Give you the opportunity to relax in the comfort of your own home (if that is a confidential space for you): no travel inconvenience;
• Are fully accessible. Unfortunately The Healing Rooms do not offer wheelchair access.
• Offer a reliable internet connection from my end;
• Offer more flexible booking options;
• Can offer a more intense audio experience via headphones for the trance session.

If you’re still not sure which would be best for you, get in touch and we can talk it through! Whichever you choose, you can look forward to a safe and welcoming space in which to explore your best hopes for therapy.

In addition to my hypnotherapy work I have recently been approached to provide voiceovers and why not?! If my voice suits your project then do get in touch - £55 per hour, or we can discuss a job rate.
