I won’t be ‘curing’ your challenges with hypnosis, but helping you achieve your preferred solutions within hypnosis. That subtle distinction is a wonderful, empowering thing!
In my sessions, the talking therapy before that lovely relaxing trance is crucial. You’ll get an opportunity to explore how you’d like your future to be, what you’d like to be doing, and how you’d like to be feeling. Then, during trance, we can use positive suggestion and metaphor to engage your subconscious mind in working towards that happier future self – and your subconscious mind will keep working on those solutions afterwards! Think of me as a mix of coach and cheerleader and you’ll be on the right track, and building that positive therapeutic alliance is one of the things I love best about this job.
